Privacy Policy

Tadbir IT Solutions ("we", "us") is a registered business in Cotabato City, Philippines. We respect your privacy and follow the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules. This policy explains what personal information we collect on this website and in our apps, why we collect it, and how you can control it.
1. This website
You can browse this website without giving us any personal information. We don't use advertising, tracking cookies or analytics tools.
When you send a message through the contact form, we collect:

We collect this information on the basis of your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time (see section 6).
This website loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your device's IP address when you open a page. This is how websites normally work, and we don't receive or keep that information.
2. Our apps
Each app we publish, on the web or on Google Play, has its own privacy notice. That notice explains exactly what the app collects and how, and it applies whenever you use that app:

In all of our apps, we promise that:
- We collect only what the app needs to work, and we say what that is in the app's notice.
- We don't sell personal information, and we don't use it for advertising.
- Your data is encrypted while it travels between your device and our servers.
- You can download your data and delete your account. Each app explains how.
3. Systems we build for clients
When we build or maintain a system for a school, organization or business, that client decides what personal information the system collects and why. In that case the client is the personal information controller, and we act as their personal information processor. We handle that data only on the client's instructions and under a written agreement. Questions about such a system should go first to the organization that runs it.
4. Where your information is stored and who sees it
Contact form messages and app data are stored with Google Firebase (Google Cloud), which acts as our service provider. Google's data centers may be outside the Philippines. Google protects the data under its own security and data processing terms, and it doesn't use it for its own purposes.
Only the owner of Tadbir IT Solutions can read contact form messages. We don't share your information with anyone else unless the law requires it.
5. How long we keep it
We keep contact form messages for two years after our last exchange with you, then delete them. If you become a client, we keep project records for as long as the contract and the law require. App data is kept as described in each app's notice.
6. Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act, you have the right to:
- be informed about how your personal information is processed,
- access the personal information we hold about you,
- correct information that's wrong or incomplete,
- object to processing, or withdraw your consent,
- have your information deleted or blocked,
- receive a copy of your data in a format you can use elsewhere (data portability),
- claim damages, and file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph).
To use any of these rights, email salam@tadbir-it.com or use the contact form, and start with "Privacy request". We'll reply within 15 days.
7. Security
We protect information with encrypted connections (HTTPS), access rules that stop the public from reading stored messages, two-step sign-in on our accounts, and giving access only to people who need it. If a breach ever puts your information at risk, we'll tell you and the National Privacy Commission as the law requires.
8. Children
This website and our apps are not meant for children under 18, unless an app's own notice says otherwise. We don't knowingly collect children's personal information through this website.
9. Changes to this policy
When we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. If a change is important, we'll show a notice on this website or in the app it affects.
