Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use tadbir-it.com and the apps published by Tadbir IT Solutions ("we", "us"), a registered business in Cotabato City, Philippines. By using them, you agree to these terms. An app may have its own extra terms, which you'll see in that app.

1. Using our website and apps

• Use them lawfully and respectfully. Don't harass other users, post harmful or illegal content, or pretend to be someone else.
• Don't try to break, overload or get around the security of our systems, and don't access data that isn't yours.
• Keep your sign-in details safe. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
• You must be 18 or older, unless an app's own terms say otherwise.

2. Your content

What you enter or upload, such as messages, records and files, remains yours. You give us permission to store it and show it to the people you choose, only so the app can work. You're responsible for having the right to share it.

3. Our content

The website, the apps, their design, code and the name and logo "Tadbir IT Solutions" belong to us. You may not copy, resell or reuse them without our written permission.

4. Free and paid features

Some features may be free and others paid. Prices and what they include are shown in the app before you pay. Free trials or free access given to a user may end, and we'll give notice before they do.

5. Health and fitness apps

Our fitness apps, such as CoTr, help coaches and trainees plan and record training. They are not medical advice. Talk to a doctor before starting a new training program, especially if you have an injury or a health condition.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep our services running, but we can't promise they'll never be interrupted or have errors. We may improve, change or stop a feature. If we stop an app, we'll give reasonable notice and a way to download your data.

7. Suspending accounts

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts other users or our systems at risk. Where we can, we'll tell you why.

8. Limits of our responsibility

As far as Philippine law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect losses, or for losses caused by events outside our control, by misuse of an account, or by content other users post. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under the Consumer Act of the Philippines or other laws.

9. Client projects

Systems we build for clients are covered by a separate written agreement with that client. If that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement prevails.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

11. Changes and contact
